Job Description

As a Medical Secretary with us, you provide important service and enable interventions that affect many. Both the children and their families, as well as colleagues within the clinic.

The work as a Medical Secretary is varied and service-oriented. You are an important part of our organization and are part of a group with other medical secretaries and clinic administrators. We have regular professional meetings to develop together within the profession. This specific temporary position is focused on dictation writing for the County Clinic's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry department, which enables remote work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a Medical Secretary. We believe you have a service-oriented approach and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. You take responsibility for your tasks in a structured way and drive the work forward. You can work at varying paces and are eager to learn new things. You enjoy working both in groups and individually, see development opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement work as part of everyday operations. It is an advantage if you have professional experience, experience with dictation writing, and familiarity with the Cosmic system.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, Start date: According to agreement.
